Transcorp may deliver an order to the recipient or to any other person appearing to have authority to accept delivery of the shipment on the recipient’s behalf (such as persons at the same premises as the recipient). If no such person is available at the first delivery attempt the package may be left near the door of the recipient or delivered second time.

If second delivery was unsuccessful then the parcel is returning to New Balance with the reimbursement of the order value minus 25 AED as a fee for the unsuccessful delivery.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

For deliveries to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each delivery address.

Unshippable Territories

If you can’t find the district you want to get the order it means New Balance is not delivering the orders to that area.
