If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. New Balance reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

You have (30) days to return your order.

Visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps to register your return


Pack your item

Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition Include the original packaging and tags


Courier pickup

Our courier will collect the item from your original shipping address They'll get in touch with you to coordinate the pickup time, so you don't have to worry


What happens next?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and quality check Your refund will be issued to your original payment method Shipping fee is not refundable

Refunds may take up to 10 business days after submission, depending on your payment providers


Need help? 

  1. Our Customer Care team is here to assist you every step of the way.
  2. Pack the product(s) in the original packaging so that the contents stay protected. All products must be unworn (worn items will not be refunded). Products that were delivered in separate parcels should be returned separately.
  3. The products will be collected by our assigned courier service provider at the original shipping address.
  4. Allow 3 - 5 business days for the processing and verification after the return order is received. You can reach out to our Customer Care team to get a status update.
  5. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. The refund can take up to ten (10) business days, from the date we submit the refund application, due to varying processing times between of different payment providers.
